Indeed it should Tats, but as it is... I particularly like the heat haze from the jet engines, it sort of stretches the moonlight a bit into the dark sky. Makes me think that the pic is genuine.

I couldn't see the pic - that's the second or third time it's happened , syaing the link it broken when I've tried to log onto something that's been posted from that site. Odd... what do you supposed is doing that?

Anyway - if in the pic the moon looks very large, it's because it's a wolf moon - it happens about once a year, when the full moon occurs at the same time that the moon is also closest to the earth in its orbit.

Yes - I did a search with the phrase and was able pull the pic up right away. No,k that's not a fake, and NO I didn't get to see the moon like that because we were overcast all night!

But the wolf moon effected me anyway - cold flash, hot flash , *nasty* second period in a month- Yuck!
